Our company is committed to the research and development and promotion of ion exchange technology. Based on ion exchange technology, our company develops and produces ion exchange materials (ion exchange resins, ion exchange solution, ion exchange membranes), and ion exchange equipment (electrodialyser, diffusion dialyzer, water treatment equipment). At the same time, in order to promote global peak carbon dioxide emissions and the development of energy storage technology, our company has developed and produced many kinds of membranes stacks.
The ion exchange resin is a synthetic polymer with ionic properties, also called ionomers. The ion exchange membranes are the most important and key materials of the energy storage batteries and water treatment. We use the modern casting technology and two sides radiation membrane manufacturing technology to produce the ion exchange membrane, we combined the casting technology with the doping technology, the electrochemical and mechanical properties to produce our high strength composite ion membrane.
We produce the bipolar membrane BPM, cation exchange membrnae CEM and anion exchange membrane. we use our BPM, CEM and AEM to produce our electrodialyzer which can convert the salt into base and acid and electrodialysis device which is used for concentrating and desalinating the brine, our bipolar membrane electrodialysis device is mainly used for the production of 8% dilute acid and 8% dilute alkali as acid-base generator.
We have developed and produced the Ion-Exchange Membrane(IEM) for Production of Chlorine and Caustic by electrolysis which is environmentally friendly and has become the preferred method for chlorine and caustic production, many of our customers who produce the Caustic Soda(NaOH) or Caustic Potassium(KOH) have used the our Ion-Exchange Membrane for more than 3 years.
Our Ion-Exchange Membrane(IEM) include cation exchange membrane, anion exchange membrane, bipolar membrane, perfluorinated ion-exchange membrane(PIEM),PTFE enhanced ion exchange membrane, and homogeneous ion-exchange membrane, the thickness is from 25-550 um with the width from 600mm-3000mm,special size customization is available according to the customers requirement. Our ion-exchange membranes are widely used for production of chlorine and caustic by electrolysis or electrodialysis, and used as solid electrolyte membranes in fuel cells, vanadium cells, electrolytic cells, electrodialysis, electrochemical sensors, and so on.
Our Ion-exchange Resin is widely used as the materials of ion exchange membrane, hollow fiber membrane, ion exchange fiber, super catalyst used in organic synthesis, ultra-stable ion exchanger, and so on.
Our electrolyzer of our company is mainly used in the chlor-alkali industry(32% NaOH and KOH) and the electrolysis of water to produce hydrogen.
